Answer: Big Bear has strict occupancy limits. To ensure a smooth production, the TravisMathew team rented a few additional properties nearby for their crew to stay in, in addition to the main location at Black Rock. This allowed them to stay close to the set while respecting all local regulations.

3. Were permits and insurance required?

Answer: Yes — a standard production Certificate of Insurance was provided, and all necessary local filming permits were secured in advance.

4. What additional services were purchased?

Answer: Destination Big Bear coordinated location logistics, arranged snow clearing before call times, trash removal and other additional services, and connected the team with local catering services for the cast and crew.

5. What challenges were faced and how were they solved?
