The mountains are turning magical again, and Snow Valley is looking straight out of a Christmas movie. Fresh snow, towering pines, and the jolliest guy around, yep, Santa is trading the mall crowds for mountain air and dropping by Snow Valley for the kids (and the grown-up kids) who ski, snowboard, and just love the holidays.
Instead of long lines under fluorescent lights, you’ll get a warm, memorable photo with Santa right in the middle of Big Bear’s snowy slopes. It’s the perfect add-on to your mountain getaway.
Whether you’re staying in a Big Bear cabin for the week or cruising in for a weekend of riding, this is one of the easiest, most heartwarming stops you can make. No reservations. No stress. No lines snaking around a mall.
Just a cozy moment with Santa beneath snow-covered trees, beanies pulled low, puffer jackets zipped up, cheeks rosy from the cold. It’s the kind of Christmas photo you actually want to frame.
You’ll find Santa posted up right under the Main Chalet, handing out high fives, taking wish lists, and spreading pure mountain-town holiday cheer.
This isn’t a big production or a packed holiday attraction. It’s simple, relaxed, and focused on family time, exactly the way winter in Big Bear should feel.
