We want to make sure all of our tenant’s great experience at Destination Big Bear. Our team is committed to excellence and we have to hear the details of your experience during your stay. We have opened a tenant request for you to help out with the issue(s) you have experienced. Management will be contacting the homeowner and communicating the issue(s). This can take around 5 days or so. The credit request is processed at the same time the deposit return is and may be delayed if we have not heard from the homeowner. We cannot issue credits without homeowner approval. We collect monies on the behalf of the homeowners.
This ticket does not guarantee credit will be issued, but just that Destination Big Bear does have a record that you have requested credit. We are 100% committed to making sure your time in Big Bear is the best it can be and take these matters seriously. Thank you for your patience.
