We want your stay to be seamless! To help you plan your packing, here is a detailed guide to the amenities we provide and the starter supplies stocked for your arrival.

Top Items to Note

  • Firewood: Not provided. Please plan to purchase locally for homes with wood fireplaces.

  • Hot Tub Towels: Not provided. Please bring your own beach/outdoor towels.

  • Hair Dryers & Curling Irons: Not provided.

  • Irons & Ironing Boards: Not provided.

  • Heating & A/C: All homes have heating.  However, some homes DO NOT have A/C.  Check your cabin reservation details.

  • Please Note: While 99% of our homes include a fireplace, a small number do not. Please verify this amenity on your specific cabin listing.

    • Fireplace Types: Our cabins feature either Gas, Wood-burning, or Pellet stoves.
    • Important Safety Warning: If your cabin has a Gas Fireplace, do not attempt to burn firewood or any other materials inside it. Doing so will cause permanent damage, resulting in repair costs of several hundred dollars.
    • Fuel: Firewood and pellets are not provided. Please plan to purchase these locally for homes with wood or pellet-burning units.

Kitchen & Dining

  • Dining table and seating

  • Basic pots, pans, and bakeware

  • Salt and pepper

  • Dishes, silverware, and glassware for total guest count

  • Coffee maker (filters and coffee not provided)

  • Oven mitts and 2 kitchen towels

  • Starter Kitchen Supply: Dish soap, sponge, hand soap, laundry soap pods, 1 roll of paper towels, and 5–10 trash bags.

Bathroom & Bedding

  • Fresh linens and pillows for every bed

  • Towels: 1 bath towel + 1 washcloth per guest

  • Hand Towels: 2 hand towels per bathroom

  • Toilet Paper: 2 rolls provided per bathroom

  • Starter Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (Main Bathroom Only)

What Is Not Provided

To ensure a comfortable stay, please plan to bring these items if you need them:

  • Beach towels or hot tub towels
  • Firewood and firestarters
  • Hair dryers, curling irons, irons, or ironing boards
  • Extra toiletries (for stays longer than 2-3 days)
  • Groceries, condiments, spices, oils, or coffee filters
  • Specialty kitchen appliances (crock-pots, blenders, waffle makers, etc.)
