Whether you are coming up to Big Bear Lake for skiing and snowboarding or a leisurely round of golf, Knotty and Nice is the perfect location for your getaway.&nbsp; Located right on the golf course and just a few minute walk to Bear Mountain and the Zoo.&nbsp; This villa features rustic cabin decor, brick floors, a reverse floor plan and upgraded amenities. 
 
The spacious entry way has a laundry room and two bedroom suites.&nbsp; The first bedroom has a log style king bed, TV with cable and DVD player, lower deck access and private full bathroom.&nbsp; The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV with cable and DVD player, lower deck access and private full bathroom. 
 
The upper level has a wonderful open and airy feel with a convenient half bathroom. Step into the game room and challenge each other on one of the 3 video game consoles.&nbsp; The living room area has a wood burning fireplace, two pull-out sofas, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player and wall to wall windows to enjoy the view.&nbsp; The log style dining table is ready for a family meal or game night with one of the provided board games.&nbsp; The kitchen is just steps away with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and bar seating. 
 
The covered deck is perfect for any weather with a table, chairs and propane barbeque and views of the golf course through the mature trees.&nbsp; A single car garage is available and parking for 1 addtional car in front of garage door. 
 
Note: Maximum of 2 cars strictly enforced and violators will be towed. One parking space available in the garage and one available space in the driveway. 
 
The City of Big Bear Lake Ordinance limits the number of cars allowed to be parked at each property and this number is clearly posted on a sign at each property. Parking more cars than are allowed at the property is a violation of this Ordinance. During the Winter months, when snow conditions exist, avoid large fines and the towing of your vehicle. DO NOT BLOCK THE SNOWPLOWS OR PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STREET!
