Relax on a comfortable sofa and recliners (fireplace is not for tenant use). Watch your favorite shows or a movie on the new <strong>49" smart flat screen TV with Roku and DVD player.</strong> Log into your accounts like Spectrum, Dish, Sling, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime (over 50 apps), etc. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.<br /> <br /> The kitchen is just steps away and features ample counter space, a gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. The kitchen is spacious enough to include a dining table for four. <br /> <br /> For a breath of fresh mountain air, relax under the covered deck or grill on the <strong>new propane barbecue</strong>. The deck includes a dining set, the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outside on a warm evening. You can also unwind in a wooden Adirondack chair with a book or cocktail.
