Pleasure Point Marina is the oldest continually operated marina in Big Bear, which opened in 1914 as Belt’s Landing. In 1926 Ted Tidwell purchased the marina, changed the name to Lone Star Cabins and ran the business as a camp. In the 1930′s cowboy legend Roy Rogers and his partner Ray Sharpe purchased the property and changed the name to its present name of Pleasure Point. Famous for being a fisherman’s favorite destination, it was purchased by the Pivaroff family in the mid 1970s. Nearing its 100th year, a group of the marina’s neighbors, Ron Lerg, Don Nydam and Roy Brownie, purchased the marina and made it a full time membership owned marina. Pleasure Point Marina remains a favorite destination for fishing and boating. We feature a luxury fleet of pontoon boats as well as a full service bait house. We are an authorized Premier Pontoon, Voyager Pontoon and Suzuki Outboard dealer.
Pontoon Rentals
Try our New Landau “Bandit” pontoon boat is great for a party up to ten! Great boat for a pleasant cruise around Big Bear Lake. The Bandit floats at 20ft long. has a 50 HP motor and seating up to 10! The rates sratrt at $200 an hour. There are also small pontoons which are ideal for fishing or small parties up to 8 people. Equipped with fishing rod holders and swiveling fishing seats. Rates start at $100 an hour. A large pontoon is the perfect boat to spend the day on the lake. You can picnic, fish, sunbathe, or cruise the entire lake with friends and family. Our large pontoon holds up to 12 passengers starting at $130 an hour.

Pedal Boats
Pedal with your feet and enjoy a relaxing trip around Metcalf Bay in our pedal boats! Max weight capacity of 400 lbs. Seating for 2 adults and 2 small children. First hour is $25, each additional hour is $15. Call for availability. Rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wave Runner Rentals

Electric Boats

Kayak/Canoe Rentals
Single kayaks are $20 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour. Double kayaks are $30 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour. Triple kayaks are $40 for the first hour and $30 for each additional hour. Canoes are $30 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour.
