Step 1. DestinationBigBear.com Booking Request
A) If you have already spoken to us and confirmed that you want to book a cabin, please complete the form to the right and we will email you the contract and your payment options to you.
B) If you have not spoken to us personally then you are using this page to communicate to us that you have interest in booking a cabin with us during the dates you provide.
Completing this page does not constitute a contract instead it just starts the process or lets us know you are interested in a cabin.
DestinationBigBear.com uses Paypal to process all our transactions. You can use an Echeck, Credit Card, ATM Card or your Paypal ID. You do not need a Paypal ID to book a cabin.
Things to Remember:
- Once you have signed the contract and made payment we will contact you will Key Instructions.
- It is your responsibility to remove your own trash. Big Bear does not have trash pickup for Vacation Rentals. The directions to the free trash site is on your contract and is posted on each refrigerator. It is easy, close and convenient. Unfortunately we have to charge $25.00 for each bag of trash left at the home.
- Your Security Deposit will be returned in a few days of your departure. If you have paid the vacation rental with credit card, the processing fee for the transaction (charged to us by CC company) will then be charged against your security deposit. This is in your contract. You can save money by sending a cashiers check or personal check (booking must be 45 days out).
