Ask about even lower weekday rates.  Weekend Rates are Thursday/Friday,  Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday - Sunday/Monday is considered Weekday Rates.  On select cabins get 3 nights for the price of two.  Remember there is a 8% tax that the city charges.  The only other charge is cleaning,  this fee varies depending on the size of the home.
