Sit and relax in the hot tub while watching skiers on Bear Mountain or star gazing. Enjoy football games and movies on the flat screen TV with cable or cozy up to the large rock wood burning fireplace while enjoying the views from all the main living areas and master bedroom. Internet is also available. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and includes a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The laundry room is just off the kitchen. Outside you will find both propane and charcoal barbecues.
The family room area, with its large rock wall fireplace and cozy furnishings provides a great area to relax. Enjoy the views through large picture windows. Carefully chosen decor with pops of color provides a great place to enjoy conversation.
This spacious home sleeps up to 8 people and is kid friendly. Enjoy playing a game of pool and shuffleboard in the game room, with central heating and cable TV with movies available for all ages. Plenty of storage space is available in this room to store your skis and snowboards.
The main level has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a plush king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen and twin over twin bunk and allows access to the lower level game room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a full bathroom, and a king and queen bed. The last bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bed and a twin bed. A bathroom is located in the hallway.
This fully equipped and furnished. Big Bear Cabin is available nightly, weekly or monthly at various seasonal rates. With tasteful decor and upgraded furnishings and amenities, this home will become your favorite mountain retreat.
Note: The driveway is medium steep and during the winter can be very difficult to get up and get down. During the winter, overnight light snow can make the driveway dangerous. Please make sure the driveway is safe to exit and remember to use salt. If it has snowed recently or during your stay do not attempt to use the driveway without chains. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
