My family of 5 stayed at the LBL for a week in July. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We were at first impressed with the upkeep, and also with the many upgrades. The PM team was extremely helpful as well. Our stay was perfect and the kids loved "their" cabin. So close to shopping and adventures like the ski resort and zoo, although we had plenty to do, even without leaving the cabin! We will definitely be back and look forward to the LBL again! Thanks so much!

ery nice, clean, well kept cabin. Loved the game room for the kids and the private bedrooms upstairs. Hot tub was nice and warm and we did night dipping in it with beautiful view of the stars. Very close to markets and restaurants. Would definitely lease this location again in the future

The rental process was seamless. We were holding our breath as we drove up to the cabin, you never know if the description matches reality. We were pleasantly surprised, the cabin was better than we hopped. The cabin was clean, well stocked , the spa was already hot and ready for us. I can only think of one thing that wasn't perfect, and that was that the hot water was only warm at best. Lucky, I know how to turn a knob and adjust the water temp. up. Problem solved. The do's and don't list is a little intimidating, but with a small amount of effort to cleaning up after ourselves we received our full deposit back within a couple of days. We are looking forward to our next Big Bear Destination.
