We all want to thank you for another awesome Bday weekend @ Primrose Escape! we come every year in Oct & it's like "Our Place",we were anxious to get there,excited to be there & sad to leave.(we also noticed the For Sale sign out front & we are hoping no matter what we can always come back,it'd be sad to lose this cabin). it is Perfect in every way,always clean,cozy & fun to navigate around the 3 floors. thank you again & we hope to always come back!!-Sam & Lisa

we just want to thank you & tell you not only was our stay & the cabin itself PERFECT,we would like to thank you for being so kind & understanding in letting us check out 2 hrs late. that was so generous of you & your team,thank you so much! our whole family were so impressed with the cleanliness & roominess of the house. we had the best time of the whole year staying @ Primrose Escape. we have agreed & commited to coming back & staying @ your house each October. thank you so much for the memories,peace & happiness you've given us all.

We rented a cabin during the 'big blizzard' last week and if it wasn't for the team at Destination Big Bear I am not sure where I would be! Long story short, Evan and Tristen helped my family tremendously and went completely above and beyond. They came out to our cabin to get the TV working for us (apparently the previous renters had unhooked something) and then helped me move my car from one driveway to another when the snow chains we had didn't fit and I had to leave the car down the hill). They were very helpful, courteous and even offered to come pick us up the next morning to help us get proper chains.
Primrose, the cabin we rented was great. A little green (all of the carpet) but perfect for two families. Lots of room for the kids to run around and great sledding hills outside which was perfect for our weather conditions. The cabin is located walking distance (a long walk) to Big Bear and only about 8 minutes from Snow Summit which is perfect. The checkin/check out process was very smooth and all in all we had a fantastic week! Thanks again for all of your help!! |

Having a wonderful time! This cabin is the BEST! For the people reading this you will have SO MUCH FUN! Except the doorbell rang and nobody was there!! We were a little creeped out, but still having a wonderful time!

You have such a beautiful house! My family loves your house. At night the hot tub feels really nice and the pool table is fun to play. The house is really pretty! I hope the next people really love it!
Eli - Kelly Mercado We had a great time, but now we have to leave :( But there were good times to this venture, like the picture in the bathroom of the bear, and the hot tub. Also love the pool table that I beat my brother at - hahaha! Ok, but my 8 year old cousin beat me once! We had so much fun We had a great time with the family. Your house is great, especially for our large family. Kids enjoyed running up and down the stairs and getting lost. Thanks for the memories The Mercado Family |

Thank your for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The 10 of us had the times of our lives. This house is so cozy, we love it! The fishing in the lake on the other hand... where's the fish? Everyone was so comfortable here! This view is beautiful! We would love to come back in the winter! The kids had a blast in the Hot Tub! Playing Pool was a blast! Again, thank you so much!

Over Martin Luther King weekend, my family stayed at the Primrose Escape cabin from Destination Big Bear. Our cabin was exactly as described on their site, and their staff was extremely helpful! We had a blast there, even though there wasn't much snow for us to play with.
The Primrose Escape had an occupancy for 11 people, and all 11 of us had a bed to sleep on, with plenty more leftover space. The cabin was 3 stories, with the gameroom being on the lowest floor, which was awesome. We were able to get rowdy, drink, play pool, watch tv and never got a complaint. Also, their jacuzzi was awesome! We had 9 people fit in there at one point. Not only was the check in process easy, but their checkout was also very lenient. They did let us check out 2 hrs after check out time because no one else was checking in. Their staff is extremely helpful and very nice! Overall, Destination Big Bear has made our stay in Big Bear a very memorable one, and we would definitely be coming back again the next time we go play in the snow! |

Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful cabin!We felt so comfortable here and would not change a thing! We really got a kick out of the stuffed animals on the walls! Such a relief to realize they were fake! We will definitely be back again.
