We enjoyed our stay! It was a very peaceful cabin and had ample space for our large group of 3 family’s. The kitchen was stocked well and the beds were comfortable. Our host responded quickly and appropriately remedied any concerns we had. If you happen to bring pets, I would keep them close as we did see some coyotes!

Great house with plenty of space for our whole family! We loved how convenient the location was to everything in Big Bear and enjoyed a very quiet neighborhood. Impressed that we had little to do for checking out, they made it easy for us!

This cabin was perfect for my family and me. We are a big bunch and it was nice to have 4 parking spaces. The check in was easy, late check out possible and they even offered an extra late check out for a reasonable fee. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, pots, utensils. Everything was clean and orderly. Game room was awesome to just enjoy making memories with my family. Deck is very peaceful. Hot tub is big. Destination big bear also accommodated my fur babies and that made the trip even better! Definitely returning to this cabin 🤙🏼

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Centrally located, anything we needed was a short drive away. We had an electric vehicle and the supercharger was also just a few miles away.

We loved the location and the room accommodations, but we had an issue the entire 3 day stay with the spa we were told it was going to get cleaned and no one came by although destination big bear said they did while we were there the entire time waiting. Very unfortunate when it was one of the amenities we were looking forward too. The filters to the air vents were very dusty as well.

My friends and I really enjoyed this cabin. This cabin has plenty of space & has awesome views of the slopes. Had trouble the first night due to the propane tank being empty but Destination Big Bear was quick to respond & switch it out. Definitely recommend!

Our family of nine and one small dog really enjoyed that property, especially the hot tub! Everything was very clean, the beds comfy, and the rooms spacious. The dishwasher door spring was still broken, as stated by a previous reviewer, and hopefully that gets fixed soon, but that was a small issue and we took care in opening it very slowly. Other than that, great stay. And don’t forget to pack shampoo and conditioner, as that was not provided. 4.5 stars

Really enjoyed my stay at Rocky Top Retreat. It was exactly as described and any issues I had reported where instantly addressed. Hosts also asked if there was anything else we might need to accommodate our stay. Cabin was clean and perfect for a big family. Location was great. Would definitely book again!
