Costing the town many jobs and reducing Big Bear&#8217;s economy by 57% according to the economic study.<\/p>\n<p>The city council and manager have nothing to do with the ballot measure in November. A group of locals formed this on their own.<\/p>\n<p>The money collected will be used to pay for educational materials, advertisement and political consultants.
