Mount Shasta Retreat, located in Whispering Pines Estates,&nbsp; a quiet neighborhood, is a great Big Bear cabin&nbsp; for your trip to the mountains. This well maintained home shows great pride of ownership with a landscaped front a rear yard. The welcoming front porch is the perfect spot to relax complete with a porch swing. 
 
You first notice the custom craftsman style entry door, once inside you are welcomed with casual mountain decor. The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa, there is a flat screen TV with cable provided as well as a VHS/DVD player, Roku Ultra Wireless Streaming Player and high speed internet! Cozy up and enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace. 
 
The dining and kitchen area are a great place to entertain, the kitchen has a large wraparound breakfast bar, newer appliances including a gas range/ oven, microwave and dishwasher and a Keurig coffee machine. You can gain access to the fully fenced backyard through the dining room. Out back you will find a custom built pergola over the hot tub. The back patio provides a great place to enjoy an outdoor meal with the propane barbecue grill and patio table. 
 
Back inside this well kept home and down the hall, you will find a full size bathroom and the laundry area complete with a washer and drying rack. The first bedroom has a twin daybed with an additional twin trundle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the master suite has a queen size bed with a 3/4 bath and dual sinks. 
 
We participate in Big Bear&rsquo;s &ldquo;Good Neighbor Program.&rdquo; This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement &amp; will respect the neighbor&rsquo;s right to &ldquo;quiet enjoyment&rdquo; from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear.&nbsp;
